The Jacksonville International Boat Show has a successful history of promoting around a theme, to keep the show fresh in the public's eye.

Last years theme was "Pirates Invade" this was enjoyed by kids of all ages.
This year we want to bring awareness to the "History of Boating"
Specifically, recreational boating!

Gourmet Underway- A Sailor’s Cookbook Author Robbie Johnson

· Veteran offshore skipper an sailing chef, Robbie will show you how to enjoy meat, fresh veggies, and dairy for weeks at sea without dependence on refrigeration. He will demonstrate unique techniques for preserving and extending the storage life of perishables and galley staples, how to sterilize freshly-bought foods from a native market, and how to prepare delicious meals quickly and easily in a small galley.
